“Leading under pressure”
Over the course of one and a half days, students and representatives from the private sector will learn the basics of military leadership in the Swiss Armed Forces in workshops and plenary discussions.
Workshops
Reverse Coaching by Members of the Officers Association Media Training with media coaches of the KFK
Participants will be trained by qualified officers in small groups and apply what they have learnt in practice using a current case study. The focus is on reverse coaching, in which young officers train the participants in order to create an interactive learning
atmosphere.
Keynote and panel discussion
After the case study introduction and lunch, Christoph Zgraggen provides valuable inputs in his keynote for the case study.
The event is concluded by plenary discussion with the Chief of the Armed Forces, Thomas Süssli and Theo Staub.
